My high school friend who works for Accenture in Makati emailed me a letter containing some job openings in their company. Accenture, a BPO pioneering company will have its Open House Recruitment on October 10-11 and October 17-18 at 3F Robinsons Pioneer Mall, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Career opportunities await qualified job seekers. The said company is in need of the following personnel:

• Accounting Professionals
Perform general accounting activities, such as fixed asset maintenance and monitoring, system uploads, systems balance reconciliation, account and/or variance analyses and preparation of corporate/financial reports.

• Accounts Payable Analysts
Process accounts payable operations by using the Oracle accounting system and following accounting procedures.

• Customer Service Representatives
Handle inbound calls for purchase orders, collections and customer inquiries regarding products or services.

• Credit and Collections Agents
Identify and handle collection and billing responsibilities pertaining to customer's dues.

• Technical Support Agents
Identify and handle customer inquiries concerning hardware and software issues or other technical requirements.

• Data Analysts
Support all administrative functions in transaction processing using the most advanced technologies and systems.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any college course. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• For accounting positions, a degree in Commerce, Accountancy or Business Administration is required.

• At least 6 months relevant work experience, preferably in any of the following: call center, accounts payables/receivables, general accounting, credit and collections, outsourcing, shared services, technical support or network administration.
