Bayer Philippines, Inc., which handles the HealthCare and MaterialScience businesses of Bayer Germany is looking for someone that will qualify their Operations Effectiveness Manager vacancy with the following functions and qualifications:

OPERATIONS EFFECTIVENESS MANAGER
The position is responsible for the electronic Customer Relation Management (eCRM) and Market Research. He/She must ensure timely and accurate Sales Information data and analysis including Information System Portfolio Management and must implement locally or regionally projects.

The best fit candidate for this position must have the following profile:
• He/She must have a Bachelor degree preferably in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems Management or equivalent;

• Knowledge in data handling management;

• With at least 3 years professional experience in Sales and Marketing, Customer Relation Management, Market research or Sales Information in pharmaceutical industry;

• Highly analytical and self-driven; and

• Must possess strong leadership and people oriented skills.
