PlanterBank (Planters Development Bank), the number one for Small and Medium Enterprise (SME's) has immediate requirements for SME Loan Account Officers for their Bulacan and Bicol Branches and Teller/New Accounts Clerk for their Tagum Branch in Davao del Norte with the following qualifications:

SME LOAN ACCOUNT OFFICERS (for Bulacan and Bicol Branches)
• Applicants must have at least 3 years work experience in the same position from a bank or established financial institution;
• With existing portfolio and good market network;
• Must have an experience in account solicitation and relationship management for SME accounts;
• Must know how to prepare and conduct financial evaluation;
• Proven track record in managing and meeting sales targets;
• With excellent comunication skills and ability to communicate ideas withi any level of the organization; and
• must be customer-drive and computer literate.

TELLER/NEW ACCOUNTS CLERK (Tagum Branch)
• Can communicate well in both oral and written English;
• Related work experience is an advantage; and
• Must be a resident of Tagum City in Davao del Norte.
