When applying for a job, a job seeker always face the so-called job interview portion where an HR recruitment officer or the company manager interviews you to know if you are qualified for the job that you are aiming in their company.
A lot of people would agree with me that one of the things people are afraid of in seeking for a job is the interview. Job interviews are always on top when we are talking about what people fear in job hunting, the second might be the qualification exams or series of tests, and the third might be the job requirements.
Anyway, in an applicant's interview, there are two things that might happen: 1) he/she will pass and get the job OR 2) he/she will fail and look for another job opportunity. A job seeker's success OR failure in a job hunting scenario lays in his/her hands on how he/she handles a job interview.
monster.co.uk posted a youtube video on their channel giving some tips on the 4 usual job interview questions that we should not forget or fail. These are:
• What is your biggest weakness?
• Why should we hire you?
• Why do you want this job?
• Tell me about yourself...
Come to think of it... These are the four do-or-die and the most crucial questions that HR recruitment officers always are throwing at job seekers! They are sooo true!!! I just don't know if they are just some tricky questions or anything, but it is very important for job hunters to seek for the right answer/s! Always remember to never leave a question unanswered and always be prepared for the next set of questions! Anyway, here's the video:
