Search for the job the you really like!

The month of April has already started. This could only mean that the Philippines has generated a lot of graduates once again due to recent graduation activities held in different colleges and universities in the country. Sooner or later, graduated students will go out in the field and look for a job. So before you do that thing, let me give you some insight in looking for that dream job.

There is a big difference when you say, "I like this job..." and "I want this job..." These two phrases are very much different from each other when we extract its meanings. Liking a job is like reaching a dream that you really desire, while wanting a job means you just have to live with it because you have no choice but to choose that option.

Liking a job means truly a lot. When you like the job that you landed, you will feel secure, emotionally and perhaps, financially. You are more confident with what you are doing. You can't go wrong anywhere or anytime in your career. That's liking a job.

Wanting a job is more aggressive in nature. You want a particular position for a higher compensation. Or perhaps, you want this job because you really need to have a work, immediately because anytime your monthly allowance from parents will be cut off. You are want a job because you simply want power. Power means more responsibilities, don't you know that?

So, if you are one of those people who are searching for a job this summer, try looking for a job that you really like and a company that you really like to belong. In this way, you can prevent yourself from resigning your current job and looking for a better opportunity.

Happy job hunting everyone and advance Happy Easter to all!
